1. Scope

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) via the online store of Hesq GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “goget24.com”).

GoGet24.com reserves the right to change the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply in each case, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.

2. Offer

The offer is directed to natural customers with residence or domicile in the legal clientele domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

The images shown in advertisements, brochures, in the online store, etc., as well as all information about the products (list of ingredients, nutritional information, food facts, allergy information, etc.) are for illustrative purposes and are not binding. 3. Price

The prices are in Swiss Francs, incl. Value added tax (VAT) and, if applicable, incl. early recycling fee (“vRG”).

4. Order

An order is considered an offer to maskenexperte.ch to conclude a contract.

The customer cannot cancel the order. If an order is supplemented, the original order shall be the basis for calculation, however, possible special offers and discounts at the time of supplementation shall not be taken into account.

GoGet24 is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded, in particular there will be no forwarding of the products that cannot be delivered. Temporarily unavailable products cannot be preselected.

5. Conclusion of contract

A contract is only concluded by placing an order via the online store of maskenexperte.ch. As soon as the order has arrived at maskenexperte.ch, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

6. Delivery

Delivery area

The customer’s delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery times


The available delivery time ranges can be seen in the online store and can be selected by the customer for the respective order. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within the delivery time range. Time deviations as well as the blocking of a certain delivery date are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes, whereby any claims for damages as well as further claims of the clientele are excluded.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays.

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery and has not given special delivery instructions, the delivery will be deposited at the door of the apartment or at the reception desk or at the front door of the company. Depending on the delivery window, the delivery can also be made to a neighbor living in the same building, if the customer has given his address and telephone number. in the customer account under “optional information” before placing the order. If the customer’s mailbox belongs to a mailbox system, the delivery man will leave a collection invitation in the mailbox. The customer must then pick up the delivery from the appropriate post office.

The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by the customer.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs depend on the value of the ordered products (minimum order value excl. delivery costs, depots and credit notes). 8. Warranty

No warranty is provided for the hygiene masks. The hygiene masks are certified according to 9001 FFP2 NR D and EN 149:2001+A1:2009.

There is no general right to return defect-free and correctly delivered products. Maskenexperte.ch allows a return of articles, which arrived damaged at the customer. In this case, the customer must immediately or inform maskenexperte.ch within four hours. In case of timely notice of defects maskenexperte.ch will replace the goods.

9. Notice of defects

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must, without prejudice to their rights, immediately complain to the delivery messenger and refuse acceptance. The customer is obliged to obtain a damage report from the delivery agent. All transport damages must also be reported immediately to maskenexperte.ch.

Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt. For any defects or deviations from the order, maskenexperte.ch customer service must be notified by e-mail info@goget24.com on the day of delivery. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be credited to the customer’s account. GoGet24 reserves the right to require proof of the defect.

10. Payment options

Payments must be made in Swiss francs.

Electronic means of payment

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit card (Postcard, but not) are accepted as means of payment. When paying by credit card as well as debit card, the debit will be made after maskenexperte.ch has processed the order.

Refunds, credit notes, credits

If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, these will be credited to the customer’s account and can be used for purchases at goget24.com.

GoGet24 vouchers are in no case saleable or auctionable. Only one voucher can be used per order.

12. applicable court and jurisdiction

The legal relationship between maskenexperte.ch and the customer shall be governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict of laws rules and the Vienna Sales Convention.

The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Burgdorf or the domicile of the customer. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal entities is Burgdorf.
