When and how will my goods be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours by the local shipping company on behalf of our logistics. However, your location and the fastest service available will depend.
Items are insured up to the specified sale amount. In case of damaged shipment or missing delivery, you will be refunded the full amount (according to the order) (without insurance fee).
Delivery time
Depending on the product, the delivery time is between 4 – 20 business days (in exceptional cases up to 29 days). In most cases you will receive the ordered item earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number (except for very small products), so you can follow your order every step of the way! Package shipment may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as postal delays.
